Frome Valley Climate Action Season

Climate change is no longer a distant threat – this summer has seen European countries devastated by freak floods and wildfires. And the Autumn will see world policymakers gather together to discuss climate action at the COP26 conference in Glasgow.

The Frome Valley also needs to take action, and so Winterbourne and Frome Valley Environmental Group is launching a season of events to get our communities thinking about the transition from fossil fuels.

Local organisations such as St Michael’s Church, Winterbourne Medieval Barn, and the Frome Valley Growing Project will be hosting events with WEG to galvanise action.
